All my life I've worked jobs where I'm on the road all week. The cargo I enjoy most is the one that means a long drive. The farther from home, the better! I like driving for Wijnands, because the vehicles are well-equipped and they pay a lot of attention to safety. Safety is important to me, too, because if I'm transporting heavy coils, all that weight is sitting right behind my head. Safety boots, helmets, goggles, high-visibility clothing, and safety gloves are often required at the loading and unloading docks. It's easy enough to learn the specific rules that apply at a given location.
