“What I enjoy is seeing how few administrative complaints I can get."

I primarily take care of the administration and invoicing. We've grown gradually over the past few years, and the administration work has turned into quite a job. I'm glad that my job demands punctuality. I don't like it when sloppy work is acceptable. I enjoy starting my weekend knowing that everything is in order. No client is going to call to thank me for the well-organized invoice. What I do stays behind the scenes. What I enjoy is seeing how few administrative complaints I can get. Some people might think it's boring to do the same thing every day, but I enjoy it. I enjoy taking care of a pile of work and getting it done.
