I worked as a driver for thirteen years, and for quite some time I was thinking about taking an office job. I keep learning more and more about my job, like how to keep everything flowing together efficiently in the schedule. I know many of the clients and addresses through having been a driver, so that's an advantage. Because I know what the situation is at a given location, I can help the drivers. I get a kick when I can create a good combination. I enjoy the feeling of being useful. Not everything that looks easy is actually easy. But when we get a call from a client, we make sure we find a solution.
